Excuse me: How Do We Draw Positive Media Attention vs. Criticism Regarding the Problems We Want to Fix

I feel like the media is saying there is no problem here and that making Boston a "cool" place for young people to live is not important. Is there any way to get people to speak up? Perhaps a petition for specific changes like late night restaurants, less restrictions on night-life establishments, and public transportation late at night that gets a lot of press coverage ? Young people won't do anything if the media doesn't get the word out.

As far as I am concerned, a city is not a "cool" place to live if it tries to make going out at night and having a good time as lame as legally possible... especially for young single people. How do we get the media involved in mobilizing young people to vote and voice their real opinions?

I think there is a lot of silent suffering going on here...
